Most appointments are booked directly. For anything you would rather ask a person first — whether a treatment applies to you, whether we come to your suburb, what an appointment costs — call or email.

Please do not send clinical details by email
Email is not a secure channel and this practice does not take a history over it. Ask whatever you like about how the service works; anything about your own health is better discussed at the consultation, where it can be asked about properly.
If something is wrong after treatment
Call, at any hour, on the number above. That is what it is for and it is not a nuisance. If you have sudden pain, vision changes, skin that is going pale, mottled or dusky, or you are otherwise unwell — treat it as an emergency and call 000, then call us.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of your care, say so directly and it will be taken seriously. You can also raise a concern about a registered health practitioner with AHPRA at ahpra.gov.au, independently of us and at any time.
