What this website collects.

This site has no contact form, no account, no newsletter signup and no shopping cart. It does not ask you for anything, and there is nowhere on it to type your name.

Analytics

The site uses the analytics built into its host to count page views and see which pages people read. It records the page, the referrer, and coarse device and country information. It does not use cookies to identify you, does not follow you to other sites, and does not build a profile of you.

Booking

The booking control links out to a separate scheduling service. Once you are on it, that service's own privacy terms apply to whatever you enter there, and its handling of your details is not governed by this page.

Email and phone

If you email or call, that correspondence is retained in the ordinary course of running the practice. Please do not send clinical details by email — see contact for why.

Health information and patient records

Health information collected at consultation is handled under the practice’s own privacy and records policy, which covers storage, access, retention and disclosure. It is a clinical governance document rather than a website one and is not reproduced here. Ask for a copy at any time — admin@injectablesaustralia.com.au — and it will be provided.

Contact and complaints

Questions about privacy can be raised directly. If a concern is not resolved, it can be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
